Ingredients
  • 1cup Homemade Coconut ButterSee http://bit.ly/2jQLuIT
  • 1/3cup Gabanzo MisoAny type of White Miso would do.
Instructions
  1. Melt the Coconut Butter in a double boiler. Oil in the coconut melts at 75℉, so if the butter is soft enough, you can omit this process.
  2. Add Miso to Coconut Butter, and mix well.
  3. The texture changes immediately. Put it in a glass jar and keep it in a cool place.
  4. Spread generous amount on rice crackers. Caution: you may not be able to stop eating.
